This Privacy Policy describes how Robust Invest ("we", "us", or "our") collects and handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Robust Invest mobile application available worldwide on iOS and Android.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

• Email address
• Authentication credentials (password or OAuth tokens via Apple or Google)

2.2 Technical Information

• Device information (model, OS version)
• Crash reports
• Technical logs
• Anonymous usage analytics (Firebase Analytics)

This data is aggregated or anonymized whenever possible.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• Location data
• Contacts
• Photos, camera or microphone data
• Health data
• Financial or banking information
• Files or media access
• Cookies or tracking technologies

4. Purpose of Data Collection

• User authentication and account management
• App functionality (favorites, request limits)
• Performance monitoring and crash analysis

We do not sell or use data for advertising purposes.

5. Account Creation & Authentication

Accounts are created using email/password or third-party authentication providers (Apple, Google) via Firebase Authentication.

6. Subscription & Payments

Payments are handled exclusively by Apple App Store and Google Play In-App Purchase systems. We do not collect or store payment information.

7. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely using Firebase services.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service.

9. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time directly from the application.

• Go to Settings in the app
• Click on "Delete Account"

Once the account deletion is confirmed, all associated user data is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

• Third-party AI providers, used solely to generate descriptive text (see Section 11)

11. Artificial Intelligence

The Application uses third-party artificial intelligence services ("AI") to generate written descriptions of financial indicators, of scores that have already been calculated by our own methodology, and of a company's competitive positioning. The AI is not a chatbot: users cannot interact with it, and it does not provide investment advice. Its role and limitations are set out in Section 6 of our Terms of Use.

11.1 What is sent to AI providers

Only non-personal, company-related data is transmitted, namely:

• The stock ticker and sector of the listed company being viewed
• The indicator values and scores already computed by the Application
• The display language, so the description is written in your language

11.2 What is never sent

No personal data is ever sent to AI providers. In particular, we never transmit your email address, your account identifier, your authentication credentials, your device information, your favorites, or any information that could identify you. Requests sent to AI providers contain no user identifier and cannot be linked back to you by those providers.

11.3 Where processing takes place

AI providers may process this data outside the European Union. Because the data transmitted contains no personal data, these requests do not constitute an international transfer of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.

11.4 No training on your data

We do not provide personal data to AI providers for the purpose of training their models. The content submitted is limited to publicly available company information and scores computed by the Application.

12. Children's Privacy

This application is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

13. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Access to data is restricted to authorized developers and is anonymized when possible.

14. International Use

The application is available worldwide. By using Robust Invest, you consent to data processing in accordance with this policy.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected in the app or store listing.
